Terms & Conditions

1. Rates & Taxes

All rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

 

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Transit services do not permit stopovers.

2.2 Any additional stop requested or required shall be treated as a separate service event and charged accordingly.

2.3 Porter services are available at an additional charge.

2.4 The mode of transfer shall be determined at JetQuay’s operational discretion.

2.5 In accordance with Changi Airport Group regulations, buggy services are not available in Terminal 4.

 

3. Surcharges

3.1 The following surcharges shall apply unless otherwise stated:

a. A 15% surcharge applies to:

  • Same-day (on-day) bookings

  • Scheduled flight arrivals or departures between 2200 hrs and 0700 hrs

  • Eve of and on Singapore public holidays

b. A 20% surcharge applies during blackout periods, including but not limited to:

  • New Year: 30 December 2025 – 2 January 2026

  • Singapore Airshow: 1 February 2026 – 10 February 2026

  • Chinese New Year: 15 February 2026 – 20 February 2026

  • Formula One Singapore Grand Prix: 7 October 2026 – 13 October 2026

  • Christmas: 23 December 2026 – 26 December 2026

  • New Year: 30 December 2026 – 2 January 2027

3.2 JetQuay reserves the right to amend blackout dates and surcharge periods without prior notice.

 

4. Passenger Policy

4.1 No charge applies for children aged 0 to 24 months.

4.2 Any child above 24 months of age shall be considered one full passenger.

4.3 Requests for additional buggies are chargeable at S$150 per buggy, subject to availability.

 

5. Bookings, Amendments & Cancellations

5.1 Bookings are recommended at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.

5.2 Any amendments made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date and time shall be charged based on the higher-value service, subject to availability.

5.3 For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date and time, or in the event of a no-show, full charges shall apply.

 

6. Operational & Regulatory Conditions

6.1 JetQuay shall not be liable for any service lapse arising from the passenger’s failure to acknowledge signage or paging announcements.

6.2 Passengers are subject to the respective airline’s conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage.

6.3 Additional airline-specific restrictions may apply; passengers are advised to consult JetQuay prior to booking.

6.4 The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA) has final authority on whether priority clearance is granted.

 

7. Personal Data

7.1 Personal data provided may be shared with third-party service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering the service, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

 

8. Force Majeure

8.1 JetQuay shall not be liable for delays, service disruptions, or failure to perform arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, airport operations, airline delays, security requirements, or regulatory actions.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, JetQuay’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the service purchased.

9.2 JetQuay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

 

10. Payment & Confirmation

10.1 A valid payment method is required to confirm all bookings.

10.2 Services are deemed confirmed only upon receipt of payment or authorised payment details.

 

11. Amendments

11.1 JetQuay reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version published shall prevail.

 

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
