Who Uses JetQuay?

Any passenger on full service carrier departing from or arriving into Terminals 1, 2 or 3 at Changi or on private jets may use JetQuay. 

Our guests are a diverse mix of passengers travelling on business and leisure. The only thing they all have in common is the knowledge that they are experiencing the most relaxing, seamless and hassle-free airport experience possible. In fact, when you're at JetQuay, it's very easy to forget that you're at an airport at all.

Business Travellers

» If you're travelling on business, book to use our services so you maximise your time on the ground in an exclusive environment. You can drive to the airport and park for free whilst away on business.

» Impress your business colleagues or clients: book a Quayside service and they'll be met on arrival and brought to Jet Quay where you can be waiting to meet and greet them. Whilst you discuss business, we'll take care of collecting the baggage and arranging onward transportation if required. On Departure, your guests can relax or do business before clearing Immigration without queuing and being driven to their waiting aircraft.

» Have your regional business meetings at the airport! Your colleagues in neighbouring countries can meet you at JetQuay. Buy them a Quayside transit service and we will pick them up from the plane and bring them to meet you in one of our meeting rooms or boardroom.

Leisure Travellers

WEEKENDS AWAY

» Couples Getaway: the two of you (with up to two kids under 7) travelling on the same flight can use JetQuay for the price of one event. What a way to start a weekend. You can even park for free at the CIP Terminal!

FAMILY & FRIENDS TRAVEL

» Friends & Family visiting Singapore: make a booking for your friends or family travelling to Singapore and make the start of their visit truly special. Your guests will be met on arrival and brought directly to JetQuay. You can park for free and be waiting in our lounge to meet and greet them. Whilst you catch up and relax, we'll retrieve your guests luggage and place it in your car or arranged transportation.

» Travelling with kids? We welcome all guests to JetQuay including smaller ones. If you're travelling with young children, book to use our Quayside Services and focus on being with your kids while we take care of your check-in, baggage acceptance and prepare Immigration Clearance before driving you and your family to the boarding gate. Discover the way to make travelling as a family easy.

» Travelling with the elderly? Take the angst out of their trip. They don't have to think or find their way through the airport, nor do they have to walk long distances. We will pick them up and drive them to the plane or the CIP Terminal on one of our electric buggies.

» Will you be transiting through Changi Airport? Take advantage of our Transit package. Relax in style and take advantage of our complimentary food and beverage, services and facilities. Use our nap rooms, showers, outdoor smoking areas, business centre, meeting rooms and free WIFI internet access.
