JetQuay CIP Terminal

The JetQuay CIP Terminal is an elite, dedicated airport terminal at Singapore's Changi Airport which opened in September 2006. It is available for any passenger travelling in any class, on any commercial flight, arriving, departing or transiting through terminals 1, 2 or 3.

Passengers who use JetQuay get a personalized service, including check in, baggage handling and Immigration clearance. You need only arrive at the airport one hour before your flight deaprts, or earlier if you have check in baggage. Our Guest Relations Officers will handle your travel formalities while you relax and make use of the CIP Terminal facilities.

Facilities include a private spa, gym, business centre, private meeting rooms, board-room, massage chairs, showers, nap rooms, contemporary art exhibition, cable television and free internet access.

JetQuay CIP Terminal is managed by Jet Quay Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based joint venture between France's Worldwide Flight Services , a world leader in airport and terminal services, Toll (Asia) Pte Ltd , a leading integrated logistics provider; Superior Travellers Services Limited, provider of airport services in China, and TS Marine Pte Ltd , a marine trading company.
