Answers: Booking How can I book to go through JetQuay? Book immediately by completing our booking form or contact our reservations team on (65) 65434248 or send an email to reservations@jetquay.com.sg Can I book through my travel agent? Yes you may. Please contact your preferred travel agent. Please check our pricing page for details. How do I make a Group Booking? Make a group booking by contacting our sales team at sales@jetquay.com.sg or by calling (65) 6262 2220. Do you have corporate pricing? Yes we have preferential rates for corporations. Please contact our sales team for details. Getting There How do I get to the CIP Terminal? Please check and print our location map . We also have additional information about getting to JetQuay on our Location Map page. Yes and JetQuay offers highly secure, free parking for the duration of your stay abroad if you buy a Quayside or Jetside round trip through JetQuay. Parking is complimentary for the first 14 days and can be extended for an additional fee. Do I have to go to the main terminal first to check in before going to JetQuay? No, you may proceed directly to the JetQuay CIP Terminal. Due to security restrictions, several airlines require the guest to check-in at the main terminal. Airlines currently include UA, NW and LX. Please contact us if you require further information. Can I get a regular taxi from JetQuay? Yes. Our Reception team will arrange transportation for you on request. Please view our Location Map . At the JetQuay CIP Terminal JetQuay has a limited range of shopping facilities available at the CIP Terminal. If you know what you would like from Duty Free shopping, our guest relations officers can purchase the items on your behalf with your credit-card and return them to you at the CIP Terminal. If you prefer to shop and purchase the items yourself, we will bring you to the shopping area before you proceed to the boarding gate. Can my guests, colleagues or friends access JetQuay? If you are travelling through JetQuay on departure, arrival or even in transit, a limited number of guests, colleagues or friends are welcome to join you. Anyone travelling on a commercial flight or private jet departing from or arriving into Terminals 1, 2 & 3 may use JetQuay. If you are travelling through or meeting a guest, you should first book and pay for a Quayside service. Can I get GST Refunds at JetQuay? Yes, JetQuay's Guest Relations Officers will arrange for your GST Refunds to be processed and returned to you. What if I already have a boarding pass or have checked in online? If you have already checked-in online, you can still use JetQuay. Whether in transit or departure, our Guest Relations Officers will take care of your check-in formalities.
